Downtown Deco 1037 HO Scale Burgess Manufacturing Cast Hydrocal Building Kit

This wonderfully cluttered line side industry would look good along any weed covered siding. It features beautifully detailed hydrocal castings (some of which were done by noted model railroader Tony Burgess), plastic doors and windows, Paper Creek pre-rusted corrugated material, full color signs and a whole bag of crates, boxes and other junk. Figures/vehicles not included. Structures can be placed separately. 12″ x 7″
